Find your Dreams, Inc. Fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region http://www.cfgcr.org/index.php recently awarded a $400.00 philanthropy grant to the Tyler DeMarco Foundation.  This grant will be used to continue Tyler’s Fight against Childhood Cancer as we move forward in fulfilling our mission.
